Our mission

More about us first. We believe that owning a eBike shouldn’t have to be compromise between quality and cost. Why spend a fortune on an electric bike that you wouldn’t want to ride if it wasn’t for the ‘e’ part of its name?

We can take your existing normal bike, the one that you probably already love, or maybe haven’t had a chance to use in a while, and turn it into something great.

Alternatively, we’ll work with you to create a complete custom build of a brand new bike – no compromises, just a great riding electric bike.

Who are we?

Ann
Ceo and Co Founder

Ann – super organised and keeps the office in order. Ann looks after the orders, stock and office affairs. Ann, has a good understanding of eBikes and can offer advice to help you choose the best motor and battery combination for your bike.

Adrien
Founder

Adrien – the Funder of Customised eBikes. He got into this after he built his own eBike. In no time he was doing this for friends, then people in the wider community. Very soon he was so in demand that Customised eBikes was born. He knows quite a bit about Electric Bikes, E-Scooters and there is a good chance if you ask a more tricky question he’ll be the one answering it.

Christopher
Bike Machanic

Christopher – based completely in the workshop, which suits his lifelong love of bikes, Christopher’s, role is to convert customer bikes into eBikes. His own riding tends to be on mountain bikes but he has admitted loving some of the road bikes we have converted!

Samantha
Office Worker

Samantha – based in our office, Samantha, is usually the other end of the phone, happy to help with all eBike related queries. When she’s not answering the phone she will be processing all our stock and getting it ready to be delivered to you!
